By creating an account or using Kalbukas, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 13 and legally able to agree to these terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must permit your use.

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details confidential, and tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law says otherwise.

Kalbukas provides Lithuanian conversation practice, missions, transcriptions, translations, corrections, suggestions, and generated audio. Some features use artificial intelligence. AI output can be incomplete, incorrect, or inappropriate for a particular context. Check important language with a qualified teacher or reliable reference.

Kalbukas is a learning tool and does not provide legal, medical, financial, immigration, or other professional advice. Features may change as we improve the service.

Paid plans, prices, billing periods, trials, and included usage are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Purchases are billed and managed under the terms of the marketplace or payment service used to complete the purchase.

You can cancel through the account or subscription settings associated with the place of purchase. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally leaves access available until the end of the paid period. Refund rights are governed by the store or payment provider's rules and applicable law.

Use Kalbukas lawfully and respectfully. Do not interfere with the service or use it in a way that harms us, our providers, or other people.

• Do not attempt to bypass security, usage limits, access controls, or subscription checks
• Do not probe, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the service except where applicable law expressly allows it
• Do not use the service to create, upload, or transmit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful material
• Do not resell the service, share paid access outside your household, or use automated systems without our written permission

You keep ownership of text, recordings, feedback, and other content you submit. You give us a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve Kalbukas. You confirm that you have the right to submit the content you provide.

Kalbukas, its software, design, branding, lessons, missions, and original materials belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for your own learning while you follow these terms.

We work to keep Kalbukas available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may suspend or limit access for maintenance, security, legal reasons, non-payment, misuse, or a serious breach of these terms. You may stop using Kalbukas and permanently delete your account from Profile at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, Kalbukas is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties that it will always be accurate, available, or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of Kalbukas. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may update these terms when the service or law changes. We will post the revised terms and update the effective date, with additional notice where required. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it.
